These terms are preliminary and intended for pre-launch review.

Service

Alyngz provides Discord translation, mirroring, configuration, and related community tools.

Eligibility and Authorization

The person installing or configuring Alyngz must have permission to manage the relevant Discord server and approve the requested bot permissions.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Alyngz for:

• unlawful activity;
• abuse or harassment;
• attempts to compromise Alyngz, Discord, or connected services;
• unauthorized access;
• intentionally excessive automated usage;
• activity that violates Discord’s rules or the rules of a server where Alyngz is installed.

Availability

Alyngz may evolve, change, experience downtime, or modify features. No uptime or availability guarantee is made in this pre-launch version.

Third-Party Services

Discord and translation or AI providers are separate services with their own terms and policies. Alyngz depends on those services for parts of its functionality.

Plans and Billing

Pricing and paid plans are not finalized. This page does not create billing obligations or paid-plan commitments.

Limitation and Warranty

Alyngz is provided for use with Discord communities. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed as the product develops. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alyngz is provided without warranties in this pre-launch version.

Changes

These terms may be updated before and after public launch as Alyngz develops and formal legal review is completed.
